WNDR MUSEUM: CREATIVES OF COLOR - NIKKO WASHINGTON

For WNDR Museum’s Creatives of Color series in partnership with The New Vanguard, we profiled Chicago artist Nikko Washington, known for his portrait-driven work exploring identity, memory, and the Black experience. I served as the cinematographer, leading a two-camera interview setup in his studio and capturing B-roll that highlighted his process and environment.

The final video was used by WNDR Museum and The New Vanguard to spotlight Nikko’s practice, celebrate his contribution to Chicago’s creative community, and support their broader marketing program.
